Every one of our beautiful bespoke kitchens really is unique. We work closely with our customers so that we can understand their needs and their lifestyle and deliver a solution designed just for them, reflecting their own tastes and budget.

We give one to one personal service from start to finish.

We will meet up with you to discuss ideas and requirements to make sure both reflects your style and personality and compliments your home.

We will provide you with hand drawn sketches and ideas, we are not restricted by standard carcuss and door sizes, everything is custom made to your needs giving greater flexibility when planning your kitchen.

We are a small team we are all involved in your project ensuring the top quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

About Wilbert & Tansy van den Dolder

A Dutch / English couple we moved from the South Coast of England to South Africa fourteen years ago, founding our business in Clarens, Free State.

Here we designed and built our own house and totally remodelled another property. We were thrilled for both properties to be featured in 10 page articles in House and Leisure magazine, the former receiving the House of the Month accolade.

We have lived in Knysna for 8 years now where we continue to enjoy renovating our own property and expanding our business. We have three wonderful boys, the younger two at school here in Knysna and our eldest continuing his studies in the U.K.

Wilbert (Willow)

Born in Holland, I grew up in the U.K. from the age of six.
I have a BA(Hons) Degree in Industrial Design from Cardiff University.
A three year apprenticeship in Cabinet Making gave me skills to make quality furniture from scratch. I then headed up the Kitchens and Cabinets division of a prestigious building company in East Sussex, where I worked for two years.
In 2006 we founded a Handmade Kitchens company in Clarens, Free State Clarens Kitchens. 8 years later, having moved to Knysna, we reestablished our business here offering not only domestic Kitchens and furniture but also providing bespoke design solutions within school and restaurant settings.

Tansy

Born and raised in England, I have a BA (Hons) degree in Textile Design from The Surrey Institute of Art & Design.
In the U.K. I worked for 3 years as regional trainer and in-house auditor for a large Restaurant Group.
I have a keen interest in Interior Design. I hand draw your personalised design proposals and I am always there to offer friendly advice throughout the process – from the initial consultation meeting to project completion.
